What Is the Ellucian Marketplace?

The Ellucian Marketplace is Ellucian’s dedicated platform for higher education institutions to discover and install solutions Ellucian Marketplace. A marketplace tailored specifically for colleges and universities running Ellucian systems Banner or Colleague.

The Marketplace is a customer-facing portal to view Ellucian’s broader partner and integration ecosystem. It surfaces validated, SaaS-ready integrations from third-party technology partners so Ellucian institutions don’t need to hunt across the web for compatible tools.

The Marketplace is underpinned by the Ellucian Partner Network (EPN), which Ellucian launched to “ignite scale and acceleration of digital transformation across the industry”.

ESM sits within the Build Track (formerly Technology/OEM Partners) for providers of solutions that “underpin, extend, or complement Ellucian’s software to meet customers’ specific and unique needs”; these providers “build, design, develop, integrate, and commercialize their solutions” and participate in Ellucian’s SaaS ecosystem.

Marketplace listing partners are listed with a strict criteria and formal vetting process. Ellucian’s integration validation ensures partner solutions meet integration requirements, interface effectively with Ellucian’s products, and are SaaS-ready.
