Here at ESM, we’re thrilled to be expanding our presence in the public sector space with a new and noble customer that does incredible work around the world - The Carter Center.

The Carter Center

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn Carter founded the non-governmental and not-for-profit organization in 1982. Based in Atlanta and in partnership with Emory University, The Carter Center works to advance human rights and alleviate human suffering across the globe. The center supports work in more than 75 nations with the help of a staff of 175, who are based in more than a dozen countries.

Procurement and Sourcing

The Carter Center has subscribed to ESM’s eProcurement and sourcing applications. ESM Purchase offers intuitive online ordering with complete visibility and automated workflows. ESM Sourcing eliminates manual processes and provides a collaborative marketplace with intuitive bidding and quoting capabilities and the ability to better manage the entire RFX process. The configurable solutions are offered at various levels based on a customer’s needs - from a starter marketplace solution to expert consulting services.

Because The Carter Center’s work happens all over the world, our team even tested our application speed from Africa to ensure we are accessible from pretty much anywhere.

Doing Good Around the World

“We are thrilled about this new partnership and excited to work with such a noble cause,” ESM’s co-CEO Anthony Rotoli said. “We look forward to helping them take full control of their spend and find savings opportunities as they do so much good around the world.”
